Brian, a Visiting Fellow, Hoover Institution, and Asbel, one of our favorite healthcare thought leaders, recently visited on the Leadership Lab Podcast for a wide-ranging conversation: “Modern Healthcare for Modern Times: Policy, Payment and Purpose.”

At PHA’s 2026 Leadership Summit, they’ll expand on that conversation, including Brian’s two provocative policy proposals: transforming quality measurement by grading entire plans and a Stark waiver for managed care settings.
