Every PHA activity takes place in and around the Carneros Ballroom. Sessions are held inside the ballroom, and breakfasts, lunches and Sunday’s welcome reception carry into the connected indoor and outdoor spaces just steps away.

When You Arrive

Look for PHA’s registration table as you enter the Carneros Ballroom space. We’ll have your name badge and a printed copy of the program syllabus waiting for you.

Sunday features a fundraising reception for Congressman Ami Bera, MD, of California.

A donation to Congressman Bera’s campaign is required to attend. Stop by the PHA PAC table to make your donation and pick up the details.

Sunday Evening Reception

Sunday evening’s reception pours from two local wineries — Raymond Vineyards and Salvestrin Winery — on the Activity Lawn just outside our space.

All attendees, and any guests registered at the guest rate, are invited to join.

Monday’s Field Trip to Ashes & Diamonds

Monday, 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.  |  Buses provided

Your registration includes Monday afternoon’s outing to the beautiful Ashes & Diamonds Winery. Odds are good that your city’s favorite wine shop already carries their label.

Guests are welcome and register at the guest rate.
