After earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and philosophy, Heath attended Seton Hall University for graduate school studying healthcare administration; and was accepted into both the Tulane University Health Systems Management Doctoral Program and the Dartmouth Health Care Delivery Science Doctoral Program.
Beginning his career in hospital administration over 20 years ago, Heath is considered an expert in healthcare delivery and financing systems. He understands and appreciates the need for alternative care systems and reimbursement methodologies that are consumer-centric. At the forefront of health policy, and often referred to as avant-garde, Heath embraces innovative and disruptive concepts, blurs or eliminates industry morays and norms, and is a zealous consumer advocate. He is known, both nationally and internationally, for solutions that maximizes reimbursement, minimizes cost, mitigates risk, and achieves meaningful consumer outcomes.
Some of the largest corporations in the world, representing various sectors, governments both national and foreign, and a myriad healthcare organizations of varying size, scope, and utility have depended upon his advice, guidance, and sage insight.
