Mike Lipomi is a healthcare industry expert with over 30 years of experience making outpatient healthcare work for hospitals, surgery centers, doctors, clinicians, and patients.

Founder of California Ambulatory Surgery Association (CASA), where he served two terms as President and eight years on the Board of Directors. Mike also founded Physician Hospitals of America, which he started after converting a surgery center to a hospital and where he served two terms as President and spent eight years on the Board of Directors.

In a consultancy role, he helps health systems make their outpatient facilities more efficient, productive, and transparent. By working with them to find the right outpatient partners, he helps hospitals unlock capacity for inpatient acute care and direct more resources to their core services and departments.
