What are the set up and take down times?
Set up is available from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 10. The conference begins at 1:00 p.m.
Breakfast will be held in the exhibit hall from 7:15 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12. You are welcome to take down your exhibit at any point following the breakfast. The conference ends at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 12.
Where can I find the schedule for exhibit visits?
The conference’s schedule and complete details can always be found on PHA’s website.
In addition to dedicated exhibit visit times in the schedule, attendees will be walking through the exhibits at all times because the exhibits will be held in the foyer.
Can sponsors attend the networking events and sit in on the talks?
Yes! PHA’s Leadership Summit is an interactive networking event, and you are encouraged to attend all of the networking events and sit in on the talks to learn more about the latest industry developments.
What is the shipping information?
Do not ship via USPS because the hotel’s PO box is off site.
If you use FedEx, you will need to schedule a pick up.
You may ship up to two weeks prior to the event.
PHA is not in control of shipments; that is between the sponsor, the hotel and the shipping companies. You are encouraged to bring your exhibit materials with you, if possible (as opposed to shipping them).

What happens when I arrive?
Your table will feature your name badges, lanyards and several copies of the program syllabus.
In addition, the swag for higher-level sponsors will be on your table.
What will I have at my exhibit?
Each exhibit will be provided a standard table (6′ x 30″) and two chairs.
Due to space constraints, please ensure that your backdrop fits within your space.
What if I need electrical?
Wifi is free and does not require a password.

PHA is not responsible for the security of your exhibit. Please ensure that you take any valuable items from your exhibit each evening.
Exhibit Hall Layout
PHA’s top priority is to ensure that competitors are not seated next to each other. As a result, PHA will select the exhibit locations in late August. This page will contain the assignments.
PHA will spread food and drinks throughout the foyer to ensure that traffic is spread out around the exhibits.
The Tohono Ballroom will feature the general session talks, and the exhibits will be held in the foyer outside the room.
