Exhibitor Set up and Take Down
Set up will begin on the morning of Sunday, September 10 beginning at 8 a.m. The conference begins at 1 p.m.
Take down will be on the morning of Tuesday, September 12 at any time before 11 a.m. (The conference concludes at 11 a.m.)
Your Exhibit Space
Exhibitors will be provided a standard table – 6′ x 30″ – and two chairs.
Electrical & Other Orders
If you would like to order power or any additional items for your exhibit space, please order through the hotel.

Exhibit Space & Assignments
The exhibits will be held in the foyer outside the Tohono Ballroom, which will serve as the general session room.
All food and drink will be housed in the foyer exhibit space.
Stacie Monroe will provide assignments by August 25.
